Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any digital product from C R Sirota Industries (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1) Digital Product Delivery

All products sold are digital downloads and/or digital access (e.g., PDFs, EPUBs, audio files, templates, bonus content, companion resources).

After payment is successfully processed, your purchase is delivered to the email address used at checkout via a thank-you email (which may include download link(s) and important product information). You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam/junk/promotions folders.

2) How to Use + Printing Instructions (Provided in Thank-You Email)

For applicable products, the Author Letter (containing “how to use” guidance) and printing instructions are provided in the thank-you email.

You acknowledge that:

it is your responsibility to open, read, and retain the thank-you email (including checking spam/junk/promotions);

printing outcomes can vary by printer model, ink/toner, paper type, print shop settings, region-standard paper sizes, PDF reader/software, and device settings; and printing/formatting variations or failure to read/locate the thank-you email are not valid grounds for a refund.

3) All Sales Final — No Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.

This includes (without limitation) requests due to:

change of mind

accidental purchase

purchasing the wrong product

failure to read the product description or instructions

lack of use

device/software incompatibility

dissatisfaction with content, formatting, or printing results

inability to locate the thank-you email (including spam/junk/promotions)

4) Technical Support (Access Issues Only)

If you experience a genuine technical issue (for example: you did not receive the thank-you email, a download link is broken, or a file is corrupted), contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order details. We will provide reasonable support to help you access your purchase (including re-sending files/links or providing an alternate delivery method). Technical support does not include refunds.

5) Personal Use License (No Sharing / No Resale)

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital product for your own use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the content available to others (including via shared drives, groups, or file-sharing platforms). Doing this violates these terms, and offenders will be held liable.

6) Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of C R Sirota Industries LTC (and/or its licensors) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a non-refundable digital purchase. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to:

suspend or revoke access to any digital products previously delivered, and provide the payment processor with documentation of purchase, delivery, access logs (where available), and these Terms & Conditions.

8) Updates & Changes

We may update or revise digital products from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes access to the version provided at the time of purchase and any updates offered at our discretion.
